    Our Slim fit shirts are made to be fitted for a more custom made, tailored feel.

    Our Standard fit is a more relaxed cut and gives 3" of additional room in the body and arms.

    We'd recommend ordering two sizes - you will receive free shipping with that order, and returns/exchanges are on the house. If you have any additional sizing questions, please reach out to info@gotieless.com and we’ll make sure to help find your best possible fit.

    We're working hard to bring additional fit options in the future. In the meantime, we encourage customers to go to their local tailor for minor adjustments to get an on-point fit.   Simply Google Search "Alterations Near Me" to find dozens of nearby tailors able to help.

    Care Instructions

    → Hang with top two buttons fastened always.

    → Remove Collar Stays before cleaning.

    → Machine wash in cold water. Wash with other goTIELESS products or with like colors.

    → Tumble dry low. 

    Shipping

    Orders ship within 1 business day of ordering.  Usually the same day.

    It depends on where you're located. Orders processed via goTIELESS.com will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. If you have any questions, please reach out to info@gotieless.com and we'll be more than happy to assist

    Domestic: Every order ships FREE via USPS Priority Mail!
    Overnight and 2-Day expedited shipping orders placed after 2pm CDT will be shipped the next business day. 

    International: Rates vary by country.  Add to cart and enter you address to see a precise quote.  Please be aware that any duties or taxes your country of residence charges are the responsibility of the purchaser/consumer.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Domestic (US): We offer free domestic returns and exchanges for items purchased at goTIELESS.com. You have 30 days to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Items that are beyond the 30-day policy have up to 45 days to receive store credit or be exchanged for another item. Please note all items must be unwashed and unworn in order to receive credit in any form. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible. 

    International: We do not offer complimentary international returns at this time. Please email us to receive further instructions:  returns@gotieless.com

    All Sale items are final. We only offer exchanges or store credit, no refunds.

    Once we recieve the item(s) back and check them in, your refund will be processed.  It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on the payment processor.

    Once you've completed the FORM to initiate your exchange, you'll receive a return label to ship your items and we'll ship your new items ASAP.

    We offer electronic gift cards on our site. Gift cards are delivered by email to the email address entered in at checkout and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
